Schaffhausen, the designer of IWC watches, produced and released the Big Pilot's Watch 43 Spitfire model, inspired by various technical features of "mil-spec" watches, on December 2, 2021.
The Pilot's Watch 43 Spitfire model case is made of titanium material and has a black dial design. As it is known, dials with lighter colors were used before. It can be said this is the most striking change made till now.
Considering their common features, the back cases of both models are engraved with Spitfire titanium cases, and soft iron is used in the inner case to provide high protection.
The Big Pilot's Watch 43 Spitfire model is very light and the watch with a titanium case is presented to its users as a very durable product. When looked at the case, can be seen that the minutes and seconds clearly visible. As the name suggests, this wristwatch is built to last in the toughest conditions. Their aim is to enable pilots and sailors to use them easily even in instant night vision and in extreme conditions such as underwater.
Big Pilot's Watch 43 Spitfire model, on the other hand, preferred a bronze case design. IWC also added bronze, copper, aluminum and iron as the materials of the case so that this watch model can have a bronze color. In this way, the watch has become twice as durable as it would have been if it had been made only of bronze. These watch models, which are very comfortable to use, can also be used easily at night. As with many models, this model also provides users with the opportunity to make a difference with the strap models that can be quickly attached and dismantled.
IWC watches are sold in our Shop under a 2-year warranty. If desired, this period can be extended up to 6 years by taking advantage of the 4 years additional warranty right to the warranty period.
